Refund policy
This Refund & Return Policy governs the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or returns are issued for purchases made on Gymkon.com (“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.
1. FINAL SALE POLICY
All Gymkon products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our third-party logistics and production partner. As such, we operate under a final sale policy.
Returns are not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect size or flavor selected by customer
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Shipping delays or customs hold-ups
- Allergies to ingredients (all ingredient lists are publicly available)
- Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging
2. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit if:
- The product arrived damaged during transit
- The item you received is defective or non-functional
- You received the wrong item (not matching your order)
To initiate a claim:
- Contact us at support@kondavid.com within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date
- Include your order number, tracking link, and photo evidence clearly showing the issue
- Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for review
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not issue refunds to original payment methods unless otherwise required by law.
You are not required to return the defective product.
3. DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING ITEMS
If your package is lost in transit or delivered in damaged condition:
- Follow the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Contact us promptly with evidence of the issue (tracking link, photos)
We will coordinate with our production partner to resolve the case. If the order is verified as lost or severely damaged, we may issue a replacement or store credit.
Claims submitted without supporting evidence or after 7 calendar days may be rejected.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the made-to-order nature of our store, we do not accept returns for any physical product unless defective. This includes:
- Opened or used items
- Items damaged due to mishandling post-delivery
- Product flavor or performance dissatisfaction
- Allergy-related complaints
- Orders returned without authorization
5. EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Returned at your expense to the return address we provide
To initiate a cooling-off return, contact us at support@kondavid.com within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please include:
- Your full name and order number
- A clear statement of cancellation
- Proof of purchase
Once we confirm the return, we’ll provide instructions and return address details.
Note: This policy applies only to EU customers and does not override our general no-return policy for non-EU customers.
6. PROCESSING REFUNDS
Once a return or claim is approved (where applicable):
- We will notify you of the resolution and issue a replacement or store credit
- If a refund is issued (EU cooling-off only), the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
