Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed through Gymkon.com (“we,” “our,” “us”) are processed, fulfilled, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from placing an order.
1. ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders placed on Gymkon.com are fulfilled by international and domestic suppliers and a print-on-demand logistics provider. All products are custom produced and shipped directly from warehouse in Denver, CO (US).
Our production partner handles fulfillment, packaging, and global shipping of each Gymkon order. Fulfillment location and carrier selection are optimized for speed and cost, and cannot be manually selected at checkout.
Fulfillment location depends on product availability, origin selected, and destination country. Shipping origin cannot be guaranteed in advance unless explicitly stated on the product page.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are made to order. This includes a standard fulfillment time of 2 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Processing may take longer during peak periods, holidays, or due to unexpected supply chain issues. Customers will be notified via email in the case of significant delays.

Orders placed during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Once fulfilled, an automatic shipping notification will be sent.
You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. We ship exclusively to US using multiple carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS.
Estimated delivery times (after fulfillment):

United States: 1–7 business days
- US Economy: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days
- US Express: Estimated delivery 1–2 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery windows provided by our production partner and their carrier partners, not guaranteed timelines. Customs clearance, remote area access, or unforeseen delays beyond our control may extend shipping times.
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the order is handed off to the shipping carrier and 5 business days for the tracking information to become available or reflect progress.
5. MULTI-ITEM ORDERS
Because all Gymkon products are printed on demand, multi-item orders are typically shipped together.
In rare cases, if your order contains items with significantly different production timelines or packaging needs, they may be shipped separately. No additional shipping charges will apply in this case.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other local import taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in your purchase price and must be paid by the recipient.
Gymkon does not collect, control, or reimburse customs fees. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to be informed about and comply with their local regulations.
Gymkon is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. If you decline to pay import fees and the package is returned, your order will not be refunded.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES & FAILED DELIVERIES
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

Verify the shipping address entered at checkout

Check with household members or neighbors

Contact your local postal service with the tracking number
Gymkon is not responsible for stolen or lost packages after confirmed delivery. Claims must be filed with the local delivery provider.
In cases where a package is returned due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we are not responsible for re-shipping fees. If the order is non-recoverable, no refund will be issued.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your item is significantly delayed, lost in transit, damaged, or you receive the wrong product:

Include your order number, tracking link, and photo evidence if applicable
We will investigate and issue a resolution (refund, replacement, or credit) at our discretion. Upon validation, we will coordinate with Supliful to issue a replacement or store credit.
We do not offer refunds for cosmetic packaging issues that do not affect product performance.
Claims made after 7 calendar days from delivery will not be accepted.
9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Gymkon products are made to order.
As such, Gymkon follows a final sale policy - returns are not accepted unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns due to:

Wrong size or flavor selected by customer

Buyer’s remorse

Shipping delays

Allergy to ingredients (ingredient lists are available before purchase)
If you are eligible for a replacement, you will not need to return the original item.
We do not issue refunds, only replacements or store credit.
10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Gymkon ships exclusively to United States through our fulfillment partner, Supliful.
We are unable to ship to the following:

Sanctioned or embargoed countries
- Military bases, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes where carrier access is limited
- Countries or regions where delivery cannot be guaranteed due to logistic or legal limitations
Orders placed to unsupported or restricted destinations will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
